Starting New Service
In order to establish electric service you may contact us by:
1. Telephone: by calling (770) 887-2363, our Call Center hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
2. In Person: at 543 Atlanta Highway, Cumming, GA 30040, our Office hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
When applying for service please have the following information on-hand:
1. Physical Address for Service being requested
2. Full Name to be listed on the Account
3. Full SSN Number (by choosing not to provide the full SSN, you must appear in person with proper picture ID and a security deposit will be required).
4. Contact Information (Phone Number(s), Billing Address, email etc…)
View information concerning residential security deposits and fees when obtaining service.
1. Physical Address for Service being requested
2. Full Name to be listed on the Account
3. Federal EIN Number (FEIN): if we are unable to locate the provided FEIN in our database search you are required to provide a SS4 confirmation letter from the IRS in order to establish service.
